If I could give more than five stars I would. When our original investor fell through, Eighteen Homes LLC stepped in at the 11th hour bought our home for a very competitive price and made sure that we didn't miss our original closing date, which was extremely important to us. They were responsive, honest and genuinely wonderful to work with! They truly save the day for our family and we are beyond grateful for everything they did.
